Go to any place in the world were are congregations of expats, and they make the same remarks about "their" locals and natives

Hardly unique to Thailand dear boy, it makes the lowly expatriate types feel superior to the natives and better about themselves and their lot in life

Read TV same here, many sad Bast*rds with inferiority complexes so they choose to knock on the natives to feel superior
