August 11, 201411 yr I would love to try one of these hams. Either buy it or make it is the question. Make it yourself. You know that you want to. The last one I made was nearly 11kg before deboning, deskinning, (I wanted the skin left on as one piece was going to be a roast pork with crispy crackling) but my wife did the skinning and boning. I had about 4 to 5 kg left to make into ham as my wife used some as well. It cost about 1,500 baht and was definitely worth it. A recipe for you to try if you wish.
