Visa

Please someone help me

I arrive in Thailand on the 1st September and I plan to go to phnom pehn via airasia on the 23rd September and return to pattaya (don muang) on the 28th September, my flight back to the uk is on the 23rd October.

What I'm trying to say is do I need a 60 day visa before I arrive in Thailand or will they give me another 30 day visa on arrival stamp on return from Cambodia. Just a bit confused with these new rules.

My situation is that I come to Thailand twice a year for 7 weeks at a time and have always left the country by air to Vietnam, Cambodia halfway through my stay, now will I be classed as a "out,in" visa runner.

Sorry if someone has covered the new visa requirements before.

Many thanks

Your are a tourist not a visa runner so you will not have a problem.

I cross Thai boarder approximately 20 times per year. But I come to Thailand and leave it in 1-2 days as I have stay permit and work permit in Laos and I go to Thailand for week end for shopping, to visit a doctor in the hospital, to skate and visit a spa. I had 30-days visa exemption befor. At the moment I am at a loss. I do not know I will be allowed to enter or denied. Even legal consultants can not say anything clear.
