3-door hatchbacks for specific brands

Anyone know if any of the following are available or can be ordered through authorised dealer in 3-door as opposed to the usual 5-door advertised for Thailand?

Golf gti

Kia C'eed

BMW 116

Mini Cooper

I know the VW Golf GTI Mk6 is only available as a 5 door through authorised dealers, I also wanted a 3 door.

Not sure about the new MK7 or if it's available in Thailand as yet

Yes, it's the mk7 I'd be interested in and I think that's not here yet. I think the only question with all the ones I've named is whether they'll accept the special order or just wouldn't be bothered even if it was theoretically possible.

It's just that I wondered if anyone had actually managed it.

Where would the owner of such a car get it serviced (and repaired as necessary)? I'm assuming that the official VW dealers wouldn't/couldn't.
