ED in Phnom Phen Cambodia. Whats the situation?

Hi I never been to cambodia, only once in Vientiane.

I would go somewhere else as I love traveling.

I see different reports on PP and most are outdated.

What they might ask for ED? Apart from school papers? How long it takes there?

Vientiane is stright forward and quick...

I would love to see Cambodia but beet worry about not geting visa and waisting time and money + stress..

Any recent reports?
