Strange because it's 30+ C every year in the summer.

Every graph I see shows high average peak of 20-23 Degrees in July.

Average has nothing to do with this topic. Every summer there will be temperatures above 30 C in Sweden. It has been like that every year in the 50+ years that I have been there

Bunch of pussies in Sweden or what? Don't even turn the fan on until 28/29C. Is a very comfortable temperature for the human species.
