Why not just drop it onto the back of a low loader and drive the thing there in a fraction of the time ?

Exactly. Even a TukTuk driver with a rope could get it there in 20 minutes.

Submarine next sunday....

won't the submarine damage the road surface while it is being dragged along by a tractor?

They will just wait for the first rains so the drains block up and everything floods. Ample Deep.

The pilot doesn't have his instrument rating VFR only
