August 5, 201412 yr Hi guys I'm coming to thailand in a month to stay for a while I am on a non immigration o visa I am 25 and my wife is Thai I was just wondering after hearing all these stories about visa refusals at the border am I going to be ok just doing a land border crossing because I am not trying to extend tourist visas ? August 5, 201412 yr I am assuming you have a one year multiple entry non O based on a Thai wife? You have to leave every 90 days on this visa at a border crossing of your choice. No problems for you, you have the correct visa.
August 5, 201412 yr There are no "visa refusal" except at some south land border leaving people sleep outside for one night.You have no problem. You can consider getting 60 days extension at immigration for reason of visiting wife, for Bt 1,900.

It does not matter if you are getting paid for it or not.
