I recently booked an appointment on line about a month ago for my yearly extension of stay. They did not respond with a code number or any thing else but I did notice that they had filled the time slot on the computer. When I went in for my 90 day I asked the girl at the counter about it and she said bring number. Which I explained I had not received. All she could say was bring number.

Any ideas on what to do? I thought I could just show up for the time slot and hope for the best. I did book it early enough that if necessary I can come back another day and go through the waiting process. It can be a long one here in Chiang Mai.

Unless something went wrong with the process when you booked your appointment, they do give you a booking reference when the booking is completed.

 

Last year I lost my printed appointment form some time before I had to go to Immigration. I just turned up on (half an hour before) the appointed time and told them that I had an appointment. Nobody asked me for the appointment form or the reference, and when the time for my appointment came I was called over the announcement system.
