As we all know there are 2 lotto's in Thailand the official one and the other one is the second one legal if not how does it work who pays your winnings if you are very lucky.

Sorry if this seems a stupid question i just got to thinking about it.

The other lottery in Thailand is illegal so it can't be discussed.

 

However I can tell you that if the last two numbers are 54 and you have 45 you still win.
