Hmmm....too easy of an excuse. Interest, education and a good businessacumen and OP would have not have started this topic. Instead, he could have written on another topic about the good service he received dealing with the loss of his dog,

my point. the fact that a thai businessman has not had the brains or perhaps opportunity to understand what farang customers need to feel satisfied with his service is no excuse for the title of this op. its just one more case of farangs using any opportunity to bash thais in general. pathetic!

PS. Looking at the times you post, I am guessing you do not even live in Thailand , now that's really sad and somewhat pathetic to troll around threads on a forum in a country to which you have very little relevance .
