I was just at the Indonesian Consulate webpage for Songkhla. As a bit of info, it mentions the other 3 foreign representation offices in Songkhla; Malaysia and China, no big surprise there, but also Peru.

I am very curious to know why Peru thinks it necessary to have representation in such an out of the way place as Songkhla.

There is no bustling Llama trade, or wool, or cocaine (I guess), and I don't see many Peruvians walking around.

Any ideas? Any Peruvians here?
