Non O Single Entry - What Extension At Immigration?

My Non O single entry based on taking care of my child finishes 1st September. What kind

of extension can i get from my immigration office? What documents will I need to take

with me to get the extension?

The most you can get is 60 days to visit your child unless married to the mother or have legitimized your parenthood.

I am divorced, but have been given legal custody of my son by the court.

You can get a one year extension based upon being the parent ot a Thai.

You will need 400k baht in a Thai bank in your name only or proof of 40k baht income.

You will need your child's birth certificate and your divorcee decree giving you custody plus their house book, What exactly you need will depend upon the immigration office you have to apply at. You should contact them to find out their requirements..
