Hey guys,

I will be going to immigration next month to get my first yearly extension. I have all the correct paperwork - which I believe I need two copies of with the originals.

My only confusion is the pictures I need. I've looked at what they require but people say different things.

Let me get this correct:

-A picture of me and the missus sitting on our bed

-A picture of me and the missus sitting on the sofa

-A picture of me and the missus in the kitchen

-A picture of me and the missus stood in front of our apartment with the room number clearly visible

I just need to know the exact pictures I need.

Help would be much obliged.

Regards,

It depends upon what the immigration office wants.

The ones you listed should be more than enough.

I only give one outside with house number and another showing the house from the street and two inside the house.

I've just done the extension, I took about 6 random photos of me and my wife, they chose a random 2, and kept them for the extension application. I really don't think you need to worry about this.

Just did mine last Friday at Khon Kaen and my pictures where

exactly the same shots as you suggested in your post.

As Craigp says don’t worry to much about it.

The only issue I had was the corrupt immigration officer who visits your house after the application, but that's another storey.

Take his/her name & details & report their ass, if we have to get legal so do they

I asked about that to Thai friends, they said don't report them because of the potential consequences,
