Thai Lion Air Boeing 737-900, registration HS-LTL performing flight SL-8537 from Hat Yai to Bangkok (Thailand), was enroute at FL340 about 130nm north of Hat Yai when the first officer (47) became incapacitated and unconscious. The captain turned the aircraft around and returned to Hat Yai for a safe landing about 32 minutes later, the first officer was taken to a hospital but pronounced dead upon arrival at the hospital.

A replacement Boeing 737-900 registration HS-LTI reached Bangkok with a delay of 2:15 hours.

Unfortunately people die every day, anything significant about this incident?

Maybe they meant decapitated, that's pretty significant.
