It's not possible in Thailand unless a doctor in the hospital prescribes it if all other choices fail. The law was changed about 2 years ago. The FDA of Thailand cracked down big time and even sent hundreds of police all over Thailand to confiscate any supply of Pseudoephedrine on hand at pharmacies after a certain date and grace period was announced.

Only available with a doctor's perscription at hospitals. Even they are restricted too, after truck loads of the stuff disappeared from one hospital. Available overseas, but a prohibited import.
