Land and houses for sure would become very expensive in short order. Most Thais would get priced out very quickly. If they ever allow foreign investment buy all the land you can because the prices w Followed closely by a civil war the likes of which Thailand has never seen no doubt with the Farang on the receiving end by all parties involved.
