There is a sponsor on TV who does insurance. I tried to contact them for a quote a while back, but they didn't answer my e-mail. Another reputable company that seems to have a few branches around Thailand is Tokio Marine. A friend has used them for bikes for a few years, and says he is happy with the prices and service.
