September 15, 201411 yr Author It seemed like the paper petition did work successfully for the screen hours. I just didn't get much response about this noise issue. I'm hesitant to put much effort into it if only 20 people sign the petition. A lot of the residents in HS4 are korean, japanese, chinese etc and probably don't follow these forums. A lot of the other people are looney tunes anyway and probably just turn down there hearing aids. I guess PM if you would actually sign a petition. Thanks
