Condos for rent by owners

Featured Replies

Is there any place where owners list their rentals and you can deal without agents in Bangkok ?whistling.gifwhistling.gifwhistling.gif

We currently have over 2,000 condos and apartments to rent in Bangkok http://asiapropertyworld.com/thai-properties/condo-apartment-for-rent-bangkok

Admittedly a lot of them on Asia Property World have been listed by Real Estate Agents using an automatic XML feed but we do have significant numbers listed by private owners. If you browse our listings and then click on the "contact owner" tab you will see the Real Estate Agent details if it was listed by an agent or just the simple form for you to send a message direct to the person (or company) who made the listing. These are usually but not exclusively private owners.

Good luck with your search.

prakard.com is the best site for this, many owners use it to access buyers/renters directly; plenty of agents on there as well though. it is a particularly useful site if you have specific condos you want to keep track of.

Any reason you are looking to go direct with the owner ?

I'm thinking: Price - Cutting out a middle man / commission... Any other reason ?

The reason I'm asking: My Condo is for Sale or Rent - Agents haven't done much for me and if possible I'd prefer to avoid them, especially if selling which means I can sell cheaper as an agent is not charging their 3% commission.
