joshuatdixon
Can someone clear this up for me please. I knew Gen Prayuth was elected as PM, but for some reason I was under the impression that later in a few months Thailand would still have elections for the Thai people to vote. Is this not going to happen? If not, does that mean the country is under marshal law indefinitely until a new PM takes office wether in a few months or even multiple years from now? Or is it not considered marshal law now because Gen Prayuth has changed from military office to PM office, as in he's only considered now to be PM? I have been out of the loop for sometime, would just like some clarification as I don't pay extremely close attention to politics. Thanks.
