deadman Posted July 12, 2006 Share Posted July 12, 2006 has anyone bought or looked at any of the condos at the sukhumwit plus complex at phra kanong? does anyone know the record of the plus property group? it seems this project is about 90% complete. the one bedroom units are between 2.8-3+ M for the upper floors, which doesn't seem too bad to me given its close poximity to the BTS station. any info would be appreciated as i am thinking of buying a unit in this complex cheers dm Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
