Only rogan joshing Next time you should go in and ask if they can prepare your takeaway in less than 15mins. The answer "can do" is a cert. Then say ok you pay the 20bt if you can not do. Exactly Many place have such a stamp system to stop people clogging up the car park who are not shopping inside. Makes sense really. Normally 1 or 2 hours rather than only 20 minutes though.
