Begovic's strike from his 6yd box in the 13th second of the Southampton match last season has now officially been judged by Guinness BOR as the longest recorded strike in football history at 91 (ish) metres.

I've got a feeling someone scored a longer one on a Turkish Airlines plane.

What about Bergkamp's goal against Newcastle in 2002? It's been replayed on television practically every day since.

I was referring to Bergkamp's goal in the concept of time and that it actually took place but,ofcourse,you knew that didn't you? The only record the Turkish Airlines commercial broke was that millions of idiots couldn't get enough of it on Youtube.
