The only way to control this problem is to introduce checks and balances, rules, controls , guidelines and measures , along with harsh penalties, nothing short of twenty years, with no parole, this wont stop people from trying to get rich off the public purse, but will slow down the process and likely hood of being caught sooner this applies to all area's including provincial government.coffee1.gif

Much like a broken clock giving the correct time. With 11 coups already before this one, the military is going to get it right sooner or later. And if not this time, maybe the 13th attempt, or the 14th attempt or the 15th....yes it'll work eventually, just wait. Trust us.

Well at least the present government seems to be aware of encroachment of public land, missing supercars, missing/inferior quality of rice, admits that corruptipn is rampant, they in most cases, have beenexposed to other countries approach/way of doing things, etc.

So lets give them a chance to show they are serious about their work for Thailand benifit. We have endured and experienced the height of corruption/ theft, so it cannot get worse.

But still we need to see jail terms for the corrupt on a more general scale and we are just not seeing that yet. Indeed the smiling faces if those who are accused seems to lead one to believe that they believe it is all a show and in the end they will just get back to their corrupt business.
