It is on their list on the website but does anyone have any recent experience of getting a Non-B with or without it?

My school are going to be hesitant to give me a letter to get one as they are so used to just converting tourist visas to non-b visas that they don't think any other documents are required.

Is a letter from the school required to get one?

The police clearance is not needed. They don't ask for it.

I was under the impression you can only get a police report from your home embassy ?

I don't see how you could get one from a Thai embassy anywhere else in the world.

I agree with Ubon and Mario - Vientiane don't ask for it. My further non b application was approved ok in July
