Whenever I try to rate a topic, I get a message "action failed". Why is that?

Cos they know you and they don't trust your judgement.

I'm guessing that you need to have a minimum of 500 posts to be able to rate a topic.

Same post count is needed to be able to access the "Bedlam" or "Out of the Box" forum or to be allowed to alter your "member" title.

A quick message posted in "Forum Support" will probably get an official explanation.

I don't believe you can rate your own topic. Tested it once and it was a no go.
