Huge containers of Scottish Euro Notes,

Maybe Cameron can ask Scotland to help prop up the sinking pound and maybe for some extra time to pay the Land Value Tax on Balmoral Castle for you-know-who.

The run-up to Scotland's independence vote kept up the pressure on sterling Tuesday, even despite reassurances that rises in U.K. interest rates are on their way.

Sterling had slumped by more than 1% on Monday after an opinion poll for the first time showed the pro-independence camp inching ahead of those in favor of remaining in the U.K.

Overnight, a fresh poll from TNS indicated the decision remains on a knife edge, with the two sides running neck-and-neck, pushing the pound to a fresh 10-month low

According to the Office for Budget
Responsibility, the new measures will
enable the Scottish government to raise
between £5 billion and £6 billion of its
budget, in addition to the £4 billion it
already raises in council tax.

The pound is falling because of the uncertainty created by the incompetent Cameron and his mate the cynical Salmond the pretender.

Plus it was due for some correction against the dollar against which it has been riding high for sometime.

Be careful - your not in the right place to express your anti-royalty views.

I am English, Cornish actually, and would prefer if Scotland remained within the union. However I would not waste any time trying to convince them to vote No.

It's their decision and we will both survive the consequences of a Yes vote, but a rocky path for both if Scotland decides to leave, however I believe that Scotland has more to lose in the long run if they become independent. Only time will tell and often a divorce is not as good as first thought, however it can be the best move. At this moment in time flip a coin!
