Double or single entry visa?

Featured Replies

Hi guys sorry if this has been covered and answered before,it,s been over 3 years since i was last in Thailand.

Coming to Thailand for 85 days...... Do i get a single Entry Visa cost £25 for 60 days and then extend at any Immigration Office for a further 30 days for 1900bht

Or get a double Entry Visa cost £50.................and if the latter how do i activate the 2nd entry and where? And is there any cost involved?

Thanks for any advice you might have.

For a 2nd entry you can come back to any border or international airport. The choice depends on where you are and your travel preferences.

If you just need a total of 90 days the extension is more convenient.

Was going home to Chaiyaphum for 3 weeks then Rayong Trat Ko Chang for the remainder,so to activate a second entry it,s back to Swampy or a border run?

In that case .single entry and just exrend that.

Thanks paz

From Isaan you would probably go to Vientane for a border hop. Or you can fly out, all depends on preferences and budget
