I used Momondo which has a bar graph feature showing route price fluctuations by day/month. Sure others have similar features, just the one I used for my recent trip BKK-LAX during summer high season - $1,079 return on Korean Air.

On the site front page, scroll down a bit and there's more "Flight Insight" data in a pie graph too.

Check individual airline websites as well as the online booking services....sometimes short lived promotions pop-up on airline websites such as when certain flights are filling slower than the algorithms say they should.

Don't rule out travel agencies as well, especially large, well established ones,

Sometimes they get promotions that don't go online.

The big problem with online airline brokers is when something goes wrong and you need to get a refund...often very difficult and frustrating.

Greetings,

Looking for a travel agent (no credit card) for a cheap flight to LAX in early November...any recommendation on one (Bangkok) will be most appreciated...

Thank you...

Just to note that American Airlines-Advantage program is the last US major carrier to award bonus points via air miles and not purchase price. I bought a ticket for this November but my previous 2 trips to the USA were award travel on Japan Airlines BKK to JFK then AA to Florida taxes paid only:

American has announced no plans to move away from awarding frequent flier miles in exchange for actual miles flown.

There is a large one in the shopping concourse above the Sukhumvit/Asok MRT station, above Citibank...I forget the name. Also, check the Thursday edition of the Bangkok Post travel section...many ads from many agencies. Be aware that most of the prices they list do not include taxes and surcharges.
