To apply for a 60 extension of stay to visit your child you will need their birth certificate (plus a copy) and copies of their house book entries.

Your children must go with you when you apply,. Having their mother with you will help.

Immigration may ask for proof of residence. This can be a rental agreement. Some offices will want signed copies of the owners house book and ID card attached to it also.

If you get your the parenthood of your child legitimized you could apply for a one year extension of stay based upon being the parent of a Thai.

thank but the name of the house is the cousin of our rent and he live in bkk so we cant have his house book

You would just need a copy of the house book if asked for. They may also accept some other proof of address. They just want proof you are living within their area of responsibility.

Perhaps one 30 day entry at Mae Sai.
