I am from Portugal and I am visiting my boyfriend.

I am going to Savannakhet on the end of the month to ask 2 visa entries. Is it possible to get 3? And if they ask me the reason, what should I say?

You can only get a 2 entry tourist visas in Savannakhet. You could ask for a 3 entry and they might do it but it would be worthless because it would only be valid for 3 months.

Visiting your boyfriend is tourism in my opinion.

The are doing visas on the same day you apply now.

Means that I can say that I am visiting my boyfriend.

Are you telling that I can pick up the visa at the same day? I don't need to wait for the next one?

You apply before 11 am and get your passport back at 3 pm on the same day. No need to wait overnight.

You can put tourism on your application and if they ask tell them you are visiting your boyfriend.
