These very large holes in the pavement at the Treprasit end of Thrapraya road, have been there for absolutely ages, maybe 2 years or more, they have plastic ducting linking them, ( No draw string installed for pulling through the eventual underground cables) they have relatively recently erected some flimsy bamboo barriers, painting them red and white. they are not only dangerous but a real eyesore, does anyone have any idea of planned progress here.
