I have had some CD-Rs sent me from the UK .

They have information on them that I need , when I pop the disc into my Mac nothing displays.

All I get is " untitled CD-R " when I click on info , I get , " Untitled CD.fpbf "

I have never come across a .fpbf file before and I cannot find a program to open it.

Has anybody had any experience with this sort of thing ?

Somebody incorrectly burnt the cd under OSX. Find someone with a Macbook and you'll be able to open it.

I am using a Mac , and it will not read the disc.

I have also looked through Google but there is no definitive answer.

Sounds like the disc was not properly closed after the files were written.

Maybe better to get them to send them over a service like hightail.com or Dropbox/Onedrive/Google Drive.

Or are they enormous?
