How can I stop TV emails

I get far too many TV news emails I want to stop it as it takes forever to delete them all.

I've looked in settings cant find an option.

Is there any way to unsubscribe?

If you are talking about the News Letters.

Look down the bottom left of the News Letter.

If you're not asking about mail from "Thaivisa.com News Editor", but about notifications then those setting are found in the UserCP:

<username> -> My Settings

Notifications Options

...here you can review your Notification Preferences, selecting which type you want to show in the website Notification List and which you want Emailed

...you can also adjust the frequency of when Topics & Posts are collected and sent.
