Blood Donation in Ubon Ratchathani

Featured Replies

Hi

Where can we donate blood in Ubon Ratchathani?

Thanks wai2.gif

try the hospital

+ 1 Please go to the Sapphasit hospital. There's always a shortage of blood for foreigners, as older threads show, and in my own personal experience with a German guy, who needed blood.

It took about three weeks to get the needed blood, but patient died in the same night when he received it. Please see:

Climbing on a motorbike should do it !

What a weird post. Please change your medication, dude. The topic is too serious to make jokes about it. Is that black German humor? Gesshh...-facepalm.gif

Call the tourist police .1115

There're not too many cops who'd get that. Sappahasit hospital is the right address.

If your an American, and over 50, call first as they probably will refuse to take your blood.

I and my friends have been refused twice by the Thai Red Cross in Bangkok.

Said we were too old!

I was refused to donate blood in BKK as I am from the UK and lived during the 1980s so I am (apparently) at risk of contracting mad cow disease

Supphasit is the hospital that I have donated to in the past in Ubon.
