For my new company they use That One Stop Service and the lawyer told me they don't accept the education and job experience form from Labour. I am just curious about the differences from both places and why this company can't apply at Labour but must do it on this one Stop Service (boi maybe?). ubonjoe Posted September 19, 2014 Share Posted September 19, 2014 If the company has BOI privileges the one stop center is where you need to apply for your work permit and extension of stay. They might just use a different form for the certification. The company should be able to get everything done for you. There should be not need for you to pay a lawyer to do it.
