Multiply by 12 and you get somewhere close to where I am at.

Wow, 2 part time jobs and you are freelancing.

How do you find enough time to think up such drivel for your posts?

I know a few girls in Bangkok who freelance for more money.

1,200 USD per month for working 3 jobs.

That's around 38,690 Thai Baht, way to go playa.

hahahaha

I get more than that just for breathing.

Reading the replies to this thread one can understand the attraction of being badly paid and happy in Cambodia. I dont work anywhere but if I had to I think I would join the OP there rather than mix with some of the people who live in Thailand.

You should employ someone to post for you on here.

Agreed. Combined this with those commenting on the "Scottish threads" and the " English couple murdered" and you wonder what's happened to this place over the last 20 years to attract such individuals..

Silomplaya, while you are in Cambodia keep your eye out for my old mate Louis Freese.

Very easy to spot, he's the one playing with the kiddies. thumbsup.gif

So CH, you make nearly 4 million THB per month.

How much tax do you pay to the Thai government on that?

Did someone call ?.......

Talking of rats, some give us a bad name because they "abandon ship" for other countries, abiding by the law too difficult for them it seems.

Mark Zuckerberg is in Cambodia????

Mark Zuckerberg is in Cambodia????

Judging by how much Cypress Hill makes online per month, I would say that Mark Zuckerberg works out of Thailand.

Apparently Roland, I am employing you. Are you aware of this?

No disrespect Mr.T but you couldnt afford me. I am independantly wealthy following my TV career and have no need to be anyones assistant, unlike some it would seem.

Looking at your post count, looks like someone's already doing that for you, right?

He's not on his second account. whistling.gif

Well exactly, Roland Rat Superstar. Enough said, although Cypress Hill thinks I am Roland Rat

Silomplaya...I understand that you are a teachers aide, please ask the teacher to explain the difference between "their" and "there".

I suggest that you might be able to increase your hourly rate to something approaching the minimum wage if you increase your grasp of English grammar.

In the last week you have announced that you were moving to Cambodia as a teachers aide and have since upgraded your employment status to include two teaching positions and freelance tutoring. My suggestion is to drop the Silomplaya identity and take up the Pinoccio handle as it is far more fitting.

CH, you still haven't (can't) answered my question, how much tax do you pay to the Thai government on the (supposedly cheesy.gif ) 4 million Thai Baht that you earn each month?

I'd say teachers working two part-time jobs make about the same amount here in TH. I'm told cost of living is a little bit higher in Cambodia b/c certain goods that are produced here in TH are more expensive there.

The real LOS? People probably seem friendlier there b/c they were colonized and have a mentality closer to ours. But when it comes to lifestyle, I find Thais easier to connect with.

What Cyprus forgot to add to his post was that the 4.0m/m talked about was Monopoly money.... I am also advised Cyprus has significant property holdings on Park lane and Mayfair as well, from which he gets a signaificant rental income as well...whistling.gif
