I plan to go to Savannaket to get a new Ed-visa.

Someone told me that the full process can be make in 1 full day only. is it True ?

What can be the best (and fastest) transportation to go there from Bangkok.

At the moment they are doing visas on the same day you apply. Make your application before 11 am and pick it up at 3 pm.

If you do a search of the forum you will find lots of info on travel to Savannakhet.

Check Nok Air or Air Asia for flights to Mukdahan that is a fly/ride service via Nakhon Phanom.

You can also fly from From Bangkok on Lao Airways direct to Savannakhet.
