Gonsalviz
Well, I have made a mistake. I have been using a Non O based on marriage for the second time now. Before I was always going out to work but now I have stopped working and I just forgot. I was supposed to go out 15 August. I will be going to immigation. Does anyone know what I may suspect aside from 19,000 Baht fine? Ubonjoe?
Mario2008
If you go today nothing more than the fine and a small stamp in your passport. It is unsure when the new overstay rules come into effect, so do hurry.
ubonjoe
If you have a valid multiple entry non-o visa you should fly out and pay the overstay fine at airport on the way out of the country then return for another entry. Going to an immigration will not work unless you apply for a 7 day extension.

Mario2008
It simply has to be approved on the level of the minister, which takes time. I can assure you that immigraiton is dead serious with this.
