Real estate expertise a house

I am looking for a company, expert, that could do an expertise, survey on a house that I would like to buy.

Don't think there are any in Thailand,and if there are would they

be trust worthy?, its all about common sense, look around the

house are there any cracks in the walls,stand back and look at the roof

does it look sound,are there signs of termites anywhere,then the

next most important thing are the niebours around the house

looking after their properties,are there dogs running about on the

road,Karaoke nearby. talk to people in the locality are there any

problems with water,power supplies.like i said all common sense,

if you find minor problems they can be easily fixed for not much

money,here.

thats how we bought our properties,price and gut feelings,common sense.
