Hello,

Can you please help me solve this quandary:

How do you say in Thai, so any driver (including Tuc-Tuc ones) will understand what the heck I want from them:

1) Take a left/right

2) Make a left/right

The same thing surely?

Turn left- leo * sy

Turn right - leo * kwar

If you add "tee fai daeng" to the end of the above it adds "at the traffic lights"

Bonus

Drong bpai - straight on

Drong nee go die - can stop here

Wong-wee-an = Roundabout

Also a tiny bit of advice unless you are using something with a meter, and the meter is on (!!), always confirm the price to your destination before getting in.

* same as the beer, it's not 100 % perfect pronunciation , but will work
