Hi, my wife has eventually received her C&G Esol certificate and I have booked a premium service appointment for 10/10 at Solihull office. I am in the process of filling in the SET M paperwork and I'm not sure what to answer on a couple of questions, so any help would be appreciated.

Question 2.6 When did you begin living together - Please provide all addresses you have lived at with your partner in the last two years. I'm assuming I don't need to put our 2 week and 3 week Thailand holiday addresses down? so I just put our home address in uk??

Question 8.6 We get reduction on our council tax because my elderly mother lives with us and due to medical conditions we get a reduction. The council tax is in my name so I guess I need to tick yes? Maybe it's worth putting a note about my mother on the 8B blank page??

As I'm paying for the premium service will they check my paperwork and let me know of any discrepancies? Also I assume they will do the Biometric finger printing etc on the appointment day?

Thanks

Nick

Q 2.6; They want the addresses where you have lived; not the addresses where you have been on holiday.

Q 8.5. If you are receiving any of the listed public funds then you must say so.

Yes, the application will be checked and the biometrics taken at the appointment.

Thanks 7by7 but I made an error. Upon reading the question again and our documentation it is not actually myself or partner that are receiving the council tax reduction. It's because my mother is receiving attendance allowance so this automatically (depending on savings) entitles HER to council tax reduction. My wife and I as stated on the letter are classed as non-dependents. Another point is my mothers name is also on the council tax.So in regards to 8.6 Are you or your partner receiving any public funds?....should I now tick NO?? The letter was addressed to me as I am the spokesperson for my mother and the letter is reference my mother.

Thanks again
