Chanturburi

I've never heard of the place you mention, do you mean Pattaya?

EDIT: I'm guessing you do, in which case, Fascino's is a major chain of pharmacies and they have what you need:

I think it's more likely he means Chanthaburi, but I am also just guessing.

Edit: I just looked at his earlier posts, and it seems he has an extension from Pattaya, so maybe he does mean Chonburi.

Yup!

Get your weight under control

Exercise on a regular basis

Eliminate all refined carbs, from your diet along with all sugary drinks, cakes, sweets etc.

Eat low glycemic vegetables, brocolli, spinach etc, avoid root vegetables.

Eat lean chicken breast, lean pork loin, lean fish (oily fish is best)

Eat oatmeal and almonds

Eat meals that balance protein, carbs and fat - limit your carb intake and then only low glycemic carbs.

Moderate you alcohol consumption, red wine can be helpful in limited amounts.

Get an A1C blood test every three/six months

If you are high normal for blood sugar, self test using a glucometer to see what foods do what to your system.

Familiarize yourself with the glycemic index so that you understand what different foods contain

It's all about food and exercise.

I have been diabetic for over 10 years let a healthy lifestyle but still developed diabetes and still lead a good lifestyle and yes you have to watch what you eat and yes go of track now and again and never had any problems.

Some people are pre-disposed to diabetes and some are born with it, that's the luck of the draw I'm afraid. But Type II diabetes can be avoided by many if not most people, it can't be reversed but it can be managed.

Another tip is, get an ultrasound exam of your abdomen, cheap and quick at most hospitals, check to see if you have fatty liver, if you do, burn off the fat through exercise, loose 10% of your body weight and change your diet.

In Chantaburi look for a large airconditioned pharmacy in the central part of the provincial town.

in chonburi, Fascinos in Pattaya as others have said.
