But if I am here, I'd prefer Kata/ Karon to appease all the northerners and is half way between here and there for me.... Firefan Posted July 24, 2006 Share Posted July 24, 2006 As mentioned in the other thread; where Bangla road meets Patong Beach there are several restaurants with resonable prices and very cheap happy hour prices (thanks to george for the sponsorship by the way!). If on of the Phuket/Patong based member could drop by and check(maybe get extended happy hour etc) that would be a great beach spot with cheap foods too. Cheers!
