A couple of questions regarding obtaining a Non-O in Savannakhet:

1) Which documents are required?

2) Can it be completed in a single day?

About me:

1) British Citizen

2) Not officially married (No certificate)

3) 2 half Thai children (My name on birth certificates)

Unless you are the legal father of your children by way of legitimization you can only get a single entry non-o visa.

To get the single entry non-o you will need you need their birth certificate (plus a copy) and a copy of their house book.

You apply by 11 am and get your passport back at 3:30 pm on the same say.

2) How long can this be extended for at Bangkok Immigration?

You will get a 90 day entry from the non-o that you can extend for 60 days to visit your children.

If you were to get the legitimization done you could get a one year extension of stay,
