Applying for double entry tourist visa in Chennai - India

Featured Replies

Hello everybody

May be many questions have been posted in here, being a newbie to this forum i wish to open a topic to help indian guys like me.

If getting a Double entry tourist visa in Chennai , India what are all the documents required? tickets , roombookings etc.,

And if so, would they be required for BOTH entries or just one of the two entries?

Thanks.

I'm not Indian (I'm a Brit), but last time I applied in Chennai (via VFS in Bangalore Bengaluru) the consul insisted that I needed flight bookings for both entries (I called him from VFS), that was a few years back but I don't believe anything significant has changed. I ended up with a single entry, which was good enough for my needs at the time.

The VFS website is pretty good in defining the requirements (sorry I don't have a link right now), Google VFS Bangalore should get you started.
