If the request meets those criteria and they don't get the discovery, they can file a motion for a mistrial and they'll get it. This ain't Kansas. Its fact that these two Burmese got no legal representation the police say it was offered under Thai law and it was declined as is their right to do. They can not talk Thai my wife tells me and the guy in the white shirt in the reenactment is a translator telling them what the the police want them to do. The Thais made some noise about bringing them in and then changed their minds and went with testing in Singapore, if memory serves me right..... correct !! They will send 2 new samples of each of the culptries and will ask SGP to check if they fit ! No evidence that they will send the DNA sample found in the victim !! The victim sample should be send than by the British Authority direct to SGP ! That would be than an independant check; But lets also take the samples from the suspected by an undependant international team !! Will Thai court or police this ever allow ?? I will believe their findings 1000000000000% and PRAISE THEM and donate to the Police Fund if they allow transparency and allow a reputable third party from outside of Thailand to confirm all findings and to match those findings to the three migrant suspects they currently have in jail.
