I have a non-o visa 1year multiplie Entre becouse i have a doughter in thailand..(not married) Normally i use to make this visa at the Thai ambassade in Sweden.. I use to have my DNA papper and the birth certificate... Now i wonder if anyone hade applied for this visa in Vientien LAOS...and if they approvd it.. it would be alot cheeper if i could go there instead of Sweden..

The best you could hope for would be a single entry.

Giving 90 days.

Unless you are the legal father of you child by way of legitimization you can only get a single entry non-o at any location within the region.

You can also get a 60 day extension at immigration with just your name on her birth certificate.

If you were to get the legitimization done you could also get a one year extension at immigration.

If you initiate a court process in Thailand to see your paternity rights recognized, that will be a reason in itself to be granted extension of stay of 90 days each time, repeatable, clause 2.26 of the immigration order. After you have legitimization you can obtain non-imm 'O' visa in any country, and obtain 60 days or one year extensions of stay in Thailand.
