You can buy every size of syringes in practically every pharmacy in Thailand. But not every pharmacy has the actual needles! The larger pharmacies will undoubtedly have insulin syringes.

We bought a box of 100 X U-100 (100 unit) insulin syringes for the flea medicine for our cats. As I recall, the pharmacy had dozens and dozens of 100 pc. boxes in stock at the time.
